These girls put out 2 horses (above) near 18th and Jefferson.
One is "Happy Appy" and the other is "Flicka". They put tags on
them saying "Here on purpose, Just like you." On the back they put
"Hi, my name is Happy Appy (or Flicka). I hope we can make you smile."

Your challenge: Find some horse rings in Southwest Portland, tether a toy horse to them (or maybe even a real one) and send us a picture or story . I know there are more rings out there.
