This project is a participatory event. We hope that people all over Portland will find some horse rings in their neighborhood and tie up their own ponies. We would love to have the locations posted so that others can enjoy them also. To that end, we have created a map on Platial.com.

Be aware, however that sometimes horses are stolen from their location and we don't know if the thieves are using the Platial site (or even this one) to identify likely targets. There is a fine line between letting people know where to look for horses and protecting them from the evils of the world. We're working on identifying the bad guys - let us know if you can help!
